Job Description

Creamix India LLP is looking for energetic and target-oriented *Sales Executives* to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making customer calls, generating leads, following up with existing and potential customers, explaining our products, and converting enquiries into sales.

Requirements

* Make daily calls to new and existing customers for product enquiries and sales.

* Handle customer enquiries received through *phone, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, and other channels*.

* Explain product details, pricing, packaging, and other relevant information to customers.

* Generate new leads and identify potential customers.

* Follow up regularly with leads and existing customers to generate orders.

* Maintain customer records, follow-up details, and sales reports.

* Coordinate with customers regarding samples, quotations, orders, payments, and dispatch.

* Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

* Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.

* Follow up with inactive/old customers for repeat orders.
