Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in woodworking, furniture installation, repairs, and construction-related carpentry work. The Carpenter will be responsible for measuring, cutting, assembling, installing, and repairing wooden structures and fixtures while ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials according to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.

Install doors, windows, cabinets, furniture, partitions, and other wooden fixtures.

Perform repairs and maintenance of existing wooden structures and furniture.

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.

Ensure accurate measurements and high-quality finishing.

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.

Estimate material requirements and report shortages to the supervisor.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Follow company safety policies and use personal protective equipment (PPE).

Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete projects on time.
